I wanted to share with you guys a recipe I found recently for simple nutritious pancakes. So I tried it a couple days ago and I'm addicted!
It only needs four simple ingredients and serves 4.
The ingredients are:
2 large ripe bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
To prepare get a bowl and mash the bananas. Mix in the eggs, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour the pancake batter on a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Cook until bubbles pop on the surface of the pancake then flip and cook the other side.
